Today was a busy day and my first full day of being able to get into the parks for free!  I slept in because I was exhausted after Traditions day.  When I woke up I was the only one in the apartment! Cristina and Stephanie both had their first day of training, Gretta was with her family that was visiting, and I found out that Cassie and Mayra had gone to Epcot (they tried to wake me up but I was out cold, haha).  After getting ready for the day I decided to drive to Epcot to meet Cassie and Mayra. It was an odd experience driving to a park by myself and walking in alone.  It is crazy to me how much this place already feels like home.

Cassie and Mayra were having a snack in the Norway pavilion when I arrived so I met them there.  We then headed around the world and walked in the gift shops of each country.  After walking around the countries, I convinced them to go on Ellen’s Energy Adventure which is long-but one of my favorites!  We promised Cristina and Stephanie that we would meet them after they got done with training so we decided to head back to the apartment.

After having a snack at the apartment, Cristina, Stephanie, Cassie, Mayra, and I all headed to Universal Studios.  Luckily for me, I have an amazing family friend that gave me two free annual passes so we went to redeem them.  We stood in line at Universal for what felt like forever, but finally I got my Universal annual pass!  Now I can visit my other home, Hogwarts, whenever I feel like it.

We all wanted to watch Wishes together as a group, so we headed to Magic Kingdom after stopping at Chipotle for a quick dinner.  We got there fairly early so we had time to go on The Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Caribbean (no kids making out this time-thank god). Gretta met us in the Pirates of the Caribbean line so we were all back together again! As soon as we got off the ride the electrical parade had just started.  We rushed to Main Street and got a spot lined up with the center of the castle right behind the iconic Walt and Mickey statue. It was the perfect viewing area.

The electrical parade was great but my favorite part of the night was the show Celebrate the Magic. For fifteen minutes different shapes and Disney characters were projected on to the castle.  It was one of the most incredible things I have ever seen. At 10pm Wishes began and I must say there was something extra magical while watching it as a cast member for the first time. I took way too many pictures.

After the fireworks we decided to run to the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train.  It said that the wait was 50 minutes but we only waited 20 and were some of the last people to ride it for the night!  It was definitely worth it because since that ride is still so new the lines are usually very long.  When we finished the ride the park was closed so we headed home.  Needless to say it didn’t take any of us long to fall asleep!
